Refund policy

At this time, we do not accept returns from countries other than Japan.

There are conditions for returns, so please check the following.

We cannot accept returns:

  1. If you cannot complete the return procedure and ship within 5 days, including product arrival date.
  2. Items that are more than 14 days after ordering.
  3. When it is displayed as "Not eligible for return" on SALE products or sales pages.
  4. Products that are judged to be "used" or "repaired, washed, and cleaned" according to our standards.
  5. According to our standards, products judged to have been damaged, soiled, or lost on the delivery note, product tag, label, bag, box, and other accessories.
  6. The condition of the returned product (including but not limited to boxes and accessories) is damaged, soiled, lost, etc. compared to the condition at the time of delivery.
  7. When the product is stained or scratched by the customer, or when an odor is attached.

*Please note that if the above products are returned to us, we will return them to you by freight collect.

* "Cooling off" is a system that applies to door-to-door sales, and it is not mandatory to apply cooling off to mail-order sales. This internet shop is a mail order service accessed by the customer, so the cooling-off system does not apply.

 

 

Notes on Returning Goods

If the total price of the order is less than 11,000 yen (including tax), it will no longer be treated as free shipping. It will be refunded after deducting the domestic shipping fee of 550 yen (1,100 yen for Hokkaido).

The refund will be sent back to the settlement source. In the case of COD, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

The customer is responsible for all COD fees (330 yen) and bank transfer fees (275 yen) at the time of refund.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you send the item back by freight collect, you will be refunded by subtracting the actual cost plus 1100 yen for the handling fee.

We are not responsible for any accidents or trouble such as damage, loss, or theft during the return. Please be sure to return the method with delivery records. Please refrain from packages to be delivered to mailbox.

If the returned goods do not meet the conditions for giving the novelty, please include the returned goods and the novelty together. If you do not return the novelty, we will not be able to accept returns.

We will process your refund in approximately 5 business days after receipt of the item.   

 

 

Exchange Policy

We cannot accept any exchange due to customer's convenience, such as incorrect size, wrong size, and wrong image. You will have to return the product once and then order it again.

If you receive a defective item or one that is different from your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item by using the contact form or LINE.
We will replace the item at our expense for return shipping costs. If we do not have the item in stock, we will refund your money. If more than 5 days have passed since arrival, we will not accept exchanges or refunds for defective items.
