Refund policy
At this time, we do not accept returns from outside Japan. Thank you for your understanding. If the product is defective, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery, as the response will vary depending on the nature of the defect. (We cannot respond after 7 days)
There are conditions for returns, so please check the following.
If we cannot accept returns
- If it is not possible to complete the procedure in the return system and ship within 10 days, including the date of shipment from our company.
- If the item is on sale or the sales page says ``Not eligible for returns.''
- Products that are judged to be "used" or "have been repaired, washed, or cleaned" according to our standards.
- Products whose tags, labels, bags, boxes, and other accessories are determined to be damaged, defaced, or lost according to our standards.
- If the condition of the product (including, but not limited to, the box and product accessories) at the time of return is damaged, soiled, lost, etc. compared to when it was delivered.
- If the product becomes dirty, scratched, or has an odor in the customer's hands.

*Please note that if you return the above products to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
*"Cooling-off" is a system that applies to door-to-door sales, and cooling-off is not required for mail order sales. Since this online shop is a mail-order service that is accessed by customers, the cooling-off system does not apply.
*Please note that if we determine that there are too many returns, we may refuse future orders or returns.
Precautions when returning goods
- If the total order amount including tax is less than 11,000 yen due to returned goods, shipping will no longer be treated as free. Your refund will be deducted from the domestic shipping fee of 550 yen (1,100 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa).
- The refund will be made to the payment source. In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
- All cash on delivery fees (330 yen) and bank transfer fees for refunds (a flat rate of 275 yen) will be borne by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. If you return the item with the shipping fee paid on delivery, your refund will be deducted from the actual cost + 1,100 yen handling fee.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or troubles such as damage, loss, theft, etc. during return shipping. Please be sure to use a method that leaves a record of delivery. (Please refrain from mail delivery)
- If the returned item no longer satisfies the conditions for the novelty award, please include the returned item and the novelty item together. If the novelty is not returned, we will not be able to accept the return.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the product.
About product exchange
- We cannot accept exchanges due to customer reasons such as the size does not fit, the wrong size, or the item is different from the image. You will have to return the item and then place the order again.
