About shipping charges within Japan

  • Shipping fee is 550 yen (tax included) per order.
    (Hokkaido and Okinawa: 1100 yen (tax included))
  • If the total amount of one order is 11,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free. (Excluding Okinawa Prefecture) We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that we cannot offer free shipping to Okinawa.
  • The delivery company will be Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. It is not possible to specify a delivery company.
  • Depending on the size of the product, it may be delivered by post such as Nekoposu.

About international shipping charges

  • Shipping method

     

    • Shipping methods that are not displayed at checkout cannot be used. 
    • Please check each product page for product weight.
    • Please note that 330g will be automatically added to the package weight.
    • Please note that customs duties may be charged separately upon receipt, and are the responsibility of the customer.
    • If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us using the inquiry form.   

     

    About delivery

    • In-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after ordering. If there are any exceptions, they will be noted on the product page.
    • Wrapping service is not available.
    • Please note that if you order a pre-order item and another item at the same time, the item will be shipped only after all items are received.  
    • We do not accept split shipments of orders.
    • If the shipping date is the same as other orders, we may ship them together, but please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.
    • Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and long holidays (summer and winter holidays) are not business days. Shipping work will be closed.
    • Because the item is shipped folded, there may be creases or the gathers or pleats may have collapsed. We recommend adjusting the shape with an iron before wearing.
    • We will notify you of the shipment after handing it over to the delivery company, so it may be marked as shipped even if the item is in unshipped status. Thank you for your understanding.
    • If you would like the item to be delivered to a delivery box, please add "If you are not home, I would like the delivery to be delivered to a delivery box" to your address. If the address is not listed, we will not be able to respond.
    • If your package is returned to us due to a long-term absence or refusal to receive it, we will cancel your order and charge you the actual round-trip shipping and handling charges incurred by us.Additionally, if we determine that your past transactions are malicious, we will refuse your future orders.
