Japan Shipping Rates

Shipping will be 550 yen (including tax) per order.
(1100 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa.)

We offer free shipping on orders of 11,000 yen or more (Except for Okinawa). We are sorry, but we cannot offer free shipping on orders placed in Okinawa. Please contact us for more information.

We use Yamato Transport as the delivery company.

We ship from Japan.

International shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping method, the total weight of your order, and the country/region you are shipping to. Please check the Japan Post for details.

Shipping Information

In-stock items will be shipped in 1-3 business days after you place your order. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

We do not support wrapping services.

If you order a pre-ordered item and another item at the same time, we will ship it after all items are available. Please note that we do not accept the split shipping of orders.

Weekends, holidays and long holidays (summer and winter holidays) are not business days. We will be closed for shipping.

Wrinkles will occur as the product is folded and shipped.

We will notice you through email after we hand over to the shipping company. So, it may have been shipped even in the status of unshipped. Please note that there may be Please note in advance.

If you wish to have your items delivered to a delivery box, please add "In my absence, I'd like a delivery box" to your address. We will not be able to respond to your request if there is no address provided.

If the package is returned due to prolonged absence or refusal to receive it, the order will be canceled. Besides, we will charge you the actual cost of return shipping and handling that we paid for. Also, we will refuse future orders if we deem the order to be malicious based on past transactions.
