All sizes are measured by placing the item flat on a flat stand and measuring the external dimensions. Some errors may occur depending on the product and design.

Please note that the color of the photo may differ depending on your monitor or smartphone.

Skirts and pants are designed so that the zipper does not stand out, so it may be difficult to open and close them. This is not a defective product, so in that case, pull the zipper diagonally at a 45° angle to the opening to open and close it. You can open and close it smoothly.

Regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges

Generally, changes to the order details cannot be made after the order is confirmed.

We do not accept exchanges due to customer reasons such as the wrong size or the item being different from the image. You will have to return the item and then place a new order.

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days after shipping from our warehouse. We will exchange the item at our expense, including round-trip shipping. If we are out of stock, we will refund your money. If more than 10 days have passed since shipping, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds, even if the item is defective.

For pre-order items, the following applies. When you place an order for a pre-order item, a contract is established and you agree to the following.

Generally, it takes about 5 to 8 weeks to ship (depending on the product)
There may be significant delays due to fabric procurement circumstances or if there are significant delays in factory operations or logistics due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
If the number of reservations does not reach a certain amount or if we are unable to secure materials, production may not be possible and the order may be cancelled.
Reservations may be closed early if a certain quantity is reached.
Cancellations and size changes are not possible after the order is confirmed.
Although it is possible to purchase this item at the same time as an in-stock product, it will be shipped together after all items purchased in the same cart are collected. Split shipments are not possible.
Your bill will be confirmed at the time of your order. (Payment will be required before the product is delivered)
Please avoid paying for reserved items using Paidy next month payment (convenience store/bank). If you choose Paidy to pay for an order that includes reserved items, we may cancel the order.

About Paidy next month payment (convenience store/bank)

Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month for the final billing amount at the end of each month, and will be notified by email or SMS (short message) by the 5th.
Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store terminal), bank transfer, and account transfer.

The payment deadline is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. If using bank transfer, the amount will be deducted on the 27th*.

Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). If paying at a convenience store, you will be responsible for a maximum of 390 yen (tax included), and if paying by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the transfer fee. In case of bank transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

This service is only available for shipping within Japan. If you select overseas shipping, we will cancel your order.

Please do not select Paidy next month payment (convenience store/bank) for reserved items. If selected, we will cancel your order.
